G-2566 is a low viscosity single component silicone rubber protective coating with excellent high and low temperature resistance, weather resistance, electrical insulation performance, and Excellent moisture-proof, waterproof, seismic, corona resistant, and leakage resistant performance.
Feature
 Simple operation: suitable for various processes such as brushing, spraying, and dipping, with fast curing speed, good adhesion to various circuit boards, and no corrosion.

 After curing, it forms a layer of transparent elastic protective film, which has superior insulation, moisture resistance, waterproofing, leakage resistance, shock resistance, dust prevention, corrosion resistance, aging resistance, corona resistance, and other properties.

 It can enhance the moisture and dirt resistance of electronic circuits and components, prevent erosion of solder joints and conductors, shield and eliminate electromagnetic interference, prevent circuit short circuits, and improve the insulation performance of circuit boards.

 The coating protective film is beneficial for the wear and solvent resistance of circuits and components, and can release pressure caused by periodic temperature changes.

 Stable mechanical and electrical performance within the range of -50 ℃ to 200 ℃. Fully compliant with environmental requirements such as halogen, ROHS, REACH, etc.

Usage method
Instructions for use

 Before coating, dust, moisture (moisture), and oil stains on the surface of the object to be coated must be removed and kept dry.

 Brushing, spraying, immersion coating and other methods can be used for construction. The coating is limited to no leakage or leakage. The thickness of a single coating is generally between 0.1 and 0.3mm

 It is advisable to obtain a thicker coating between layers. It is best to apply two thinner layers, and the second layer must be allowed to be applied only after the first layer has completely dried.

 After construction, lay it flat on the support and cure at room temperature.

 To repair a coated component, simply contact the soldering iron directly with the coating to remove the component. Then install new components and clean the area with a brush or solvent; It can also be cleaned with solvent; After drying, repaint with paint.

 It is not recommended to directly use surfaces with oil stains, plasticizers, solvents, etc. that may affect curing and bonding. When using on coating surfaces, the impact on the coating should be considered.

 After using this product, the rubber hose should be sealed for storage and reuse.

 The construction site must maintain good air flow.

 Wear protective equipment such as goggles, specialized gloves, shoes, and hats.

● Avoid contact with skin and eyes. If accidentally touching the skin, wipe it clean with a dry towel and wash it thoroughly with soap; If you accidentally come into contact with your eyes, immediately rinse with clean water, and if necessary, go to the hospital for examination.

 After use, the rubber hose of this product should be sealed for storage and reuse. This product is for industrial use only.


Packaging specifications

 This product is packaged in 1000ml/tin cans and 3000ml/tin cans. It can also be changed to specified specifications for packaging according to user needs.


Storage and transportation

 Store away from children.

 This product is a rapid curing product, and when stored unopened at 28 ° C or below this temperature, the shelf life is 3 months from the date of production.

 This product is non hazardous and is stored and transported as a general chemical.
