JDB807 single component fixing adhesive TDS
JDB807 is a flame-retardant single component adhesive sealing silicone rubber that solidifies at room temperature with moisture in the air. The curing speed is fast, with low organic volatiles during curing and no odor after complete curing. It has good adhesion to metals and most plastics, and is particularly suitable for the bonding and sealing of difficult to stick materials. The cured material has good toughness and moisture-proof and shockproof functions.

● Excellent adhesion performance, with good adhesion to most metals, plastics, ceramics, and glass.

● Excellent weather resistance, moisture resistance, and heat resistance; Good electrical insulation performance.

● After curing, the adhesive layer is made of elastomer, which releases alcohol substances and has no corrosion on materials such as PC, ABS, and metals.

● Stable mechanical and electrical performance within the range of -50 ℃ to 200 ℃. Fully comply with the requirements of the EU ROHS Directive.

The product is suitable for various electronic and electrical applications, as well as applications that require bonding, sealing, thermal conductivity, insulation, protection, moisture-proof, dustproof, etc.
Usage method
Instructions for use

⚫ Clean and dry the surface of the adhesive object, and remove any pollutants such as rust, dust, and oil that may affect adhesion.

⚫ Squeeze the adhesive using a special tool and apply it to the cleaned joint surface.

⚫ Under the condition of 23 ± 2 ℃/50 ± 5% humidity, the surface should dry within 15 minutes and cure for about 2 mm of adhesive thickness for 48 hours. Low temperature and dry climate conditions require an extension of curing time.

⚫ Before use, please refer to the MSDS in detail.

⚫ The construction site must maintain good air flow.

⚫ Wear protective equipment such as goggles, specialized gloves, shoes, and hats.

⚫ Avoid contact with skin and eyes. If accidentally touching the skin, wipe it clean with a dry towel and wash it thoroughly with soap; If you accidentally come into contact with your eyes, immediately rinse with clean water, and if necessary, go to the hospital for examination.

⚫ After using this product, the rubber hose should be sealed for storage and reuse. This product is for industrial use only. Packaging specifications

Storage and transportation

⚫ Store away from children.

⚫ When stored unopened at or below 28 ° C, the product has a shelf life of 6 months from the date of production.
