JDB730 Polyurethane Pouring Sealant
JDB730 is a kind of two-component and room temperature or heat cured polyurethane pouring sealant that is suitable for package sealing of electronic appliances. After curing, it has high strength, high toughness, resistance to moisture and other atmospheric components, solvent-free and non-curing by-products, as well as
stable mechanical and electrical properties between -40 and 125°C.
Feature
Solid content 100%, no harmful gas volatilization, non-toxic, environmental protection.
Low water absorption, good adhesion, and good electrical performance.
Two component, flame retardant and thermal conductivity.
It is vibration resistant, moisture-proof, corrosion-resistant and free from environmental damage.
Suitable for pouring of the electronic appliances, such as LED driving power supply, which require  insulation waterproofing, heat conduction and flame retardant.
Excellent flame retardancy, fully compliant with the EU ROHS directive requirements.

Instructions for use

Before use, it is necessary to ensure that the indoor humidity is below 40 ° C, and do not open the packaging before this.

Before mixing, component B must be stirred evenly, and then proportioned according to A: B=30:100 ratio. When mixing, attention must be paid not to introduce too much air. It is recommended to use automatic mixing equipment not only to accurately mix resin and curing agent according to the correct ratio, but also not to introduce air.

If not used, the containers for component A (curing agent) and component B (resin) must be kept sealed at all times to prevent inhalation of moisture.

Barreled materials must be thoroughly mixed before use, as insufficient mixing can lead to unstable or incomplete resin performance.

Precautions

 Store away from children.

It is recommended to use it in a well ventilated area.

Avoid direct contact when using, and protective equipment such as gloves should be used. If it accidentally sticks to the skin, it must be immediately cleaned with soap and water. If it accidentally sticks to the eyes, it is necessary to first wash with a large amount of water and go to the hospital for examination.
