JDB805 thermal conductive silicone
JDB805 is a single component silicone thermal conductive adhesive that solidifies at room temperature with moisture in the air. It has high thermal conductivity, low interfacial thermal resistance, and good adhesion, making it suitable for bonding and heat dissipation between electronic components, radiators, and shells.
Feature
● The product has a short surface drying time (<30min) and fast deep curing, which is conducive to rapid bonding;

● Excellent flame retardancy, fully compliant with the EU ROHS directive requirements.

● Excellent adhesion performance, with good adhesion to most metals, plastics, ceramics, and glass;

● Excellent weather resistance, moisture resistance, and heat resistance; Good electrical insulation performance;

● After curing, the adhesive layer is made of elastomer, which releases alcohol substances and has no corrosion on materials such as PC, ABS, and metals;

● Stable mechanical and electrical performance within the range of -50 ℃ to 200 ℃. Fully comply with the requirements of the EU ROHS Directive.

application
Usage method
Instructions for use

● Clean and dry the surface of the object to be glued, and plasma treat the metal or ceramic.

● Extrude the adhesive with a special tool and apply it to the cleaned joint surface.

● Usually cured at room temperature and relative humidity of 30% -80%, the physical properties can reach over 90% of the full performance within 24-72 hours.


matters needing attention

● Before use, please refer to the MSDS in detail.

● The construction site must maintain good air flow.

● Wear protective equipment such as goggles, specialized gloves, shoes, and hats.

● Avoid contact with skin and eyes. If accidentally touching the skin, wipe it clean with a dry towel and wash it thoroughly with soap; If you accidentally come into contact with your eyes, immediately rinse with clean water, and if necessary, go to the hospital for examination.

● After use, the rubber hose of this product should be sealed for storage and reuse. This product is for industrial use only.


Packaging specifications

● 300ml/piece, packed in 24 pieces per box; 2600ml/bottle, 4 bottles per box.


Storage and transportation

● Store away from children.

● This product should be sealed and stored in a cool and dry environment, avoiding direct sunlight. The temperature should be below 28 ℃ and the relative humidity should be below 60%. The shelf life is 6 months. The production batch number and shelf life can be found in the rubber hose.

● This product is non hazardous and is stored and transported as a general chemical.
