Instructions for use
● During storage, there may be some sedimentation. Before use, mix component B evenly in the storage container, and then mix it in a mass ratio of A: B=1:5. When mixing, it is necessary to avoid introducing too much air. It is recommended to use automatic mixing equipment, which can accurately mix resin and curing agent in the correct proportion without introducing air.
● The mixing of A/B components must be carried out in a clean container. After adding the specified mass ratio of A/B components, the mixture must be completely mixed evenly, and the edges and bottom of the mixing container must be vigorously stirred to ensure uniform mixing.
● To reduce the viscosity of the mixture and facilitate subsequent sealing, component B can be heated to 50 ℃ before mixing. If the mixture is deaerated under a vacuum degree of 5-10mbar and then sealed for use, better mechanical and electrical properties can be achieved;
● Baking temperature: Bake at 60 ± 5 ℃.
● Baking time: more than 1 hour.
Precautions
● Store away from children.
● It is recommended to use it in a well ventilated area.
● Avoid direct contact when using, and protective equipment such as gloves should be used. If it accidentally sticks to the skin, it must be immediately cleaned with soap and water. If it accidentally sticks to the eyes, it is necessary to first wash with a large amount of water and go to the hospital for examination.
● For industrial use only, please refer to MSDS for details.
