JDB732 Thermally Cured Silicone Sealant
JDB732 is a single component heat cured silicone sealing material that undergoes an addition reaction (without small molecule volatilization) under high temperature conditions, solidifying into a high-performance silicone elastomer. JDB732 has extremely high compression resilience and good adhesion to numerous substrates, making it suitable for applications that require high compression resilience and adhesive sealing waterproofing.

Usage method
Instructions for use

⚫ Clean the surface of the adhesive object and remove rust, dust, and oil stains.

⚫ Extrude or apply the product to the area that needs to be bonded and sealed, and then heat and cure it.

⚫ Before use, please refer to the MSDS in detail.

⚫ This product is not a hazardous material, but avoid contact with skin and eyes.

⚫ Before curing this product, it is important to avoid contact with unsaturated hydrocarbon plasticizers, flux residues, and organic compounds containing amines, phosphorus, sulfur, sulfone, arsenic, organic tin, etc. Otherwise, it may cause incomplete or even incomplete curing of silicone rubber. Therefore, before using this product, it is recommended to first conduct a compatibility test between silicone rubber and the substrate.
